Walk-In Policy
Appointments appreciated but not always necessary!  Walk-ins are taken on a first come first serve basis.  However, appointments take precedence causing a walk-in service to be prolonged.

Cancellation Policy 
Please cancel appointments at least 24 hours in advance.   NO SHOWS will be charged 50% of the services booked!

Late Policy 
If you are 15 minutes late or more your appointment may be given to a walk-in.  We will do our best to squeeze you in once you arrive, but only if the “squeezing” does not affect our next appointments. 

If we are UNABLE to get you in, it is considered a NO SHOW and then we will follow our cancellation policy.  

If the service provider is 15 minutes late or more, you will receive a complimentary treatment or service.

Product Return Policy
We offer a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee on all of our retail products, if you decide that it is not the right product for you, and provided that 1/2 the original amount of the product is unused, we will gladly take it back and exchange it for another product within 14 days of original purchase. No cash or credit card refunds, exchanges only.  Make-up and boutique items are non-returnable.
